1. Introduction

Welcome to Evolve Now. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, registration for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, and access to any resources or support services we provide.

By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Evolve Now provides nationally accredited MHFA training to individuals, teams, and organizations—particularly those within the disability and NDIS support sectors. Services may include:

  • Public and private MHFA training sessions

  • Online and blended course delivery

  • Post-training resources and support

  • Custom consultation and workshop services

3. Course Registration & Payment

3.1. Bookings

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a written agreement is in place (e.g., for organizations with invoicing arrangements). You agree to provide accurate personal and contact details when registering.

3.2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, or online payment gateways.

3.3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the course: eligible for a full refund minus a $25 admin fee.

  • Cancellations within 7 days: no refunds, but a reschedule may be arranged at our discretion.

  • No-shows without notice: forfeiture of full course fee.

If we cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.

4. Certification

To be eligible for MHFA certification, participants must:

  • Attend all required course sessions

  • Actively participate in training discussions and activities

  • Complete all required assessments as outlined by MHFA Australia

Certificates are issued electronically upon successful completion and are valid for the term set by MHFA Australia (typically 3 years).

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage in a respectful, safe, and inclusive manner throughout the training. Evolve Now reserves the right to remove any participant from the course without refund if they engage in:

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior

  • Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory conduct

  • Breach of confidentiality or inappropriate language

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, training materials, and website content are the intellectual property of Evolve Now and/or MHFA Australia. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written permission.

Materials provided during training are for personal educational use only.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are educational and not a substitute for professional mental health diagnosis or treatment. MHFA training provides skills for early recognition and initial support but does not train participants to offer clinical advice.

We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided during training.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to:

  • Your details being shared with MHFA Australia for certification

  • Receiving course-related communications and updates
     You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evolve Now will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from:

  • Errors in course content or materials

  • Technical issues with online training delivery
     Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course or service in question.
