Service Agreement – Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training

This agreement is between:
Evolve Now (the “Provider”) and the individual purchasing this course (the “Participant”).

1. Service Provided

Evolve Now agrees to deliver a nationally accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training session on the scheduled date and time.

2. Participant Responsibilities

Attend the full duration of the training session.
Complete all required pre-course activities and assessments.
Ensure access to a reliable internet connection (for online sessions).

3. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course will not be refunded, but rescheduling to a future session may be possible.

4. Certification

Participants will receive an official MHFA Certificate upon successful completion of all requirements. Certification is valid for 3 years.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials are the property of Evolve Now and are provided for personal use only. Distribution or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

6. Liability

Evolve Now provides training in good faith and will not be held liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information provided during the course.
